Technical Business Analyst
Position Overview:
As a Tech Business Analyst at C80, you will serve as a bridge between technology and business operations, playing a crucial role in understanding and translating our clients’ business needs into technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and our technology teams to gather and analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate communication and understanding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Nice To Haves:
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Ability to conduct user acceptance testing and validate deliverables.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
