Product Designer

 

Position Overview:

As a Product Designer at C80, you will be at the forefront of shaping user experiences and creating visually compelling, user-centric digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative products and interfaces that meet the needs of our clients and their users. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity and technology to drive meaningful impact.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs.
  • Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide design support during implementation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and user interfaces.
  • Excellent visual and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

 

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Familiarity with mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android.
  • Experience with motion design and animation.
  • Proficiency in user testing and research methodologies.
  • Understanding of agile or Scrum development methodologies.
