Front Desk Officer

 

Position Overview:

As a Front Desk Officer at C80, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, visitors, and team members. Your role is critical in maintaining a well-organized and efficient front desk, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to everyone who interacts with C80.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and clients.
  • Handle inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless front desk operation.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

 

Nice To Haves:

  • Previous experience in a technology or professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Familiarity with office management software (e.g., scheduling tools, visitor management systems).
