Front Desk Officer
Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Officer at C80, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression for clients, visitors, and team members. Your role is critical in maintaining a well-organized and efficient front desk, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to everyone who interacts with C80.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and clients.
- Handle inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless front desk operation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
